Kufranja Waste Water Reclamation Facility
The scope of this particular project was the construction of a domestic waste water facility to cope with an average flow of 1.800 cubic meters per day.
Serving the towns of Anjara, Ajloun, Ein Jannah and Kufranjah, the waste water treatment plant consisted of a number of major structures and facilities including headworks, an administration building, an imhoff tank, biofilters and clarifiers.
The building of pump stations for recycling and for irrigations, a chlorination system, polishing ponds and sludge drying beds also required specialist know-how and expertise to complete this comprehensive facility.
